Who is Trips By Us, LLC?

My name is Cynthia Alexander and I am the founder and lead Travel Consultant of Trips By Us, LLC. I have been traveling pretty much all of my life so becoming a Travel Advisor in 2006 was a no-brainer! I started small with booking a hotel here and a flight there, but I really found my passion and niche when I booked my very 1st group in 2014 to Negril, Jamaica with about 20 friends and family that have become one of my main annual trips. My goal is to remove the stress of planning a great getaway for you so the only thing you have to worry about is what to pack (but I do include a packing list!). I am your personal travel concierge from the start of the planning process until you return home and can start planning your next adventure!

At Trips By Us we take pride in assisting you with creating your dream vacation, whether it's planning your flight & hotel, exciting tours, or bundling all into a glorious experience. Love lounging on the beach? Let us find you that beach. More of a cruise person? Let us get you on that ship. Want to travel internationally? We got you! Want to organize a group event? A church outing? A special birthday trip? Family reunion? Class reunion? Trips By Us can get your whole group to your destination!

  • What payment types do you accept?

    For the planning fee, we accept PayPal, CashApp, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover with a convenience fee.  For individual and group reservations, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover with a convenience fee.

  • Do you provide refunds?

    Refunds are according to vendor policies that will be provided with the proposal. Cancellation fees may apply

  • What happens if my roommate is not making payments or cancels?

    You will be responsible for the balance as a single occupant or find a replacement before final payment (additional fees may apply). We can provide roommate account summaries upon request.

  • Do you have a referral program?

    Yes! You will receive a $25 gift certificate towards any future travel package for every trip you refer to Trips By Us, LLC that is booked and traveled.
